We can provide personalised quotes, to suit you and your business needs. So if the shoe doesn’t fit, please get in touch. Plans are prepaid upfront and are valid for 9 months after purchase, and will expire midnight on the day prior to purchase.
BASIC Plan
Keeping it simple.
Only want a virtual admin support on an adhoc basis? Then an hourly rate will suit your needs.
$55ph+GST
STARTER Plan
This plan is great for anyone who would like to get on top of their admin.
1hr a day for 5 days
$250pwk + GST
BUSINESS Plan
This is for the business that is past the start-up phase and well into the growth phase, and now need ongoing support to get systems in place and free up time from doing admin.
10hrs – $475.00
Additional Pricing
- Any costs incurred, including telephone calls, line rental or specific stationery costs will be added to your invoice (your requirements and terms are to be agreed between you and Outsource2Me prior to the commencement of package and are to be documented in your Service Agreement – unless other arrangements are agreed to)
- Outsource2Me Premium packages are strictly 7 day payment terms
- Prepaid packages are to be paid prior to any work commencing and time block is valid for 9 months from date of purchase
- Premium packages – 3 month initial contract with one (1) month’s written notice and payment to cancel agreement
- All cancelled Premium packages outstanding monies are to be paid within 24 hours of the date of the written notice to cancel
- GST is applicable to all of the above rates.
- Administration work is defined as something you would reasonably expect any EA/PA to be able to do. For instance, an EA/PA could probably update the text on your website… but they wouldn’t be able to create custom graphics or complete coding changes.
