- What is Virtual Business Support?
- Virtual Admin vs Employee
- Virtual Admin - what we don't do...
- Why us?
We are a group of professionals, who provide support in administration, human resources, operations, and personal support, to business small and large. We support our clients daily requirements across the board.
We create long-term collaborative partnerships with our clients. We do this by using the phone, email, texts, technology:- like Dropbox, Google Docs, Voxer, Skype and other emerging technologies.
Hiring an employee, things to consider:
1) Market Salary/hourly wage,
2) Managing employees – payroll, benefits, buy or lease computers and office equipment, insurances – workers’ comp, unemployment, Taxes, conform to governing legislation and health and safety acts.
When considering a Virtual Administrator, it is important to remember that does not equal cheap labour. Virtual Assistants were never intended to be the low-cost alternative to getting an employee on board.
We are here for the simple convenience of no hassle staffing. We are good at what we do, and you dont have to worry about adding a full time employye to your books.
It really comes back to how you value your time. More time goes into a full time staff member vs a Virtal admin assistant.
If you want more time for yourself to spend in ways that matter to you, then working with a VA is really the way forward for you and your growing business.
There is a bit of advice I have always given friends starting in business, and it has since been given to me too, in short its stick to what you know.
1) We are not consultants – we do not give financial advice, business plan advice or personal advice. We are administrators who provide value and the best quality service to our clients.
2) We are not accountants or bookkeepers. We can definitely put you in touch with the best in their fields.
3) We are not Marketing consultants. We can however provide support within your developed marketing plan, and be effective in reaching your KPI’s.
We have high standards and aim to deliver all tasks in a timely manner. Let us know what tasks are the order of the day and the goals you need to achieve and we will work alongside you to ensure they get done, and the goals are reached.
If you don’t want an hourly rate and the package rate doesn’t suit your needs, lets discuss your project needs and personalise a package that suits you and your budget.
Your confidential information is protected and before any works commence we both sign a Terms & conditions of service document, which is convered in this document.
Payment terms are within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
If you are a growing company and require more than one VA and want to create a team for a project, I can send you the resume’s for the members of the Outsource2Me team and you can select who’s skills best suit your needs. If there is a particular skillset you need, we can source the person for that role too.
The Outsource2Me team is spread through the UK, Australia, South Africa and NZ.
We don’t offer a trial package, but suggest testing us out for an hour and seeing the results.

Ways we may support your company goals that you are working toward.
- Being your gatekeeper; no one (except friends or family) gets to you except through your VA. She screens prospective clients using your criteria, and either passes people on to you, or refers them to colleagues you’ve put on a list for such referrals. She screens requests for your time based on criteria you’ve created, and says no to things you wouldn’t want to do, and facilitates next steps about things you would want to do. She’s the ultimate authority when it comes to you, and can even get you off the hook if you want to say no to something but aren’t quite sure how to do it!
- Helping you set up your procedures, and then run it successfully
- Setting up your profiles on various social media/networking sites, as well as giving you ideas for content to use to keep things fresh; possibly even maintaining your presence on the sites with information you share with her (works best when your brand has a presence, rather than you as an individual due to transparency that’s so important in social media)
- Creating a publishing calendar of various topics you might want to blog or write articles about
- Systematizing your processes so you can review them annually. This will be great if you want to apply for ISO accreditation in Quality.
- Actively looking for people with whom you could create strategic partnerships for your mutual benefit, and/or the benefit of your clients, then making the connection for you
- Providing a weekly update of all the news you need to know, but don’t have time to seek out and read yourself. Think of your VA as a personal clipping service, or news aggregator.
- Learning about new tools and methodologies for working that will make your processes and procedures better and more efficient, then implementing them and training you (and others on your team) in their use. The better you can work and collaborate, the more quickly you can respond to opportunities and challenges, and the more attractive you’ll be to potential clients. Your VA can always be on the lookout for how you can better serve, and attract, clients
Although these lists are by no means complete, can you see that the two avenues are very different?
It’s important to note that a VA’s job is never to actually put money in your pocket. That’s your job. But your VA can both handle the tasks of today, and the goal-reaching work you should be actively pursuing, thereby freeing you up to work with customers and make the money.
While it’s true that when you start working with a VA, you might only need the back office tasks done. Realize that if you’re really working on your success, it won’t take long before you need the goal-oriented stuff, too.
One last thing to note is Public Holidays – please make sure you let us know at minimum, 2 weeks in advance, that you will need support as usually we do not work over public holidays.
